To participate in the RAC LBP program, patients must be referred by their Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). Please consult your primary care provider to determine if this program is appropriate for your clinical needs.
Program Overview
The Rapid Access Clinic for Low Back Pain is designed to provide patients with a timely, specialized assessment for chronic or persistent low back symptoms. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Dr. Nyman conducts a comprehensive physical examination to help determine the cause of your pain and provide a customized management plan.
